The base salary for a Product Marketing Manager in Turku is 78,500 €

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions. • Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments. • Brief the press and PR teams about new products. • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data. • Agree on timelines and deadlines for the development of new products with product management, engineering or manufacturing departments. • Use market research data to establish product pricing. • Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts. • Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences. • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications. • Partner with corporate marketing, other internal and external resources to execute. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role. • Background in design and copywriting is a plus. • Experience in market analysis. • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns). • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends). • Excellent communication skills. • Keen eye for detail. • Creativity. • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills.
