Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures • Monitor and analyze operational performance • Ensure compliance with operational standards • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency • Troubleshoot operational issues • Liaise with other departments to coordinate activities • Manage operational data and reports Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles • Experience with project management • Knowledge of customer service principles • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Attention to detail and accuracy
