Responsibilities: • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the efficient and effective operations of the organization • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas of improvement • Develop and review operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations • Lead and manage operational teams to ensure that goals and objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including the coordination of resources, personnel, and activities • Ensure that operational processes are efficient and cost-effective • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency • Liaise with senior management to ensure that operational objectives are aligned with organizational goals • Create and maintain effective communication channels between operational teams and other departments Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in operations management • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operational teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies • Experience in process improvement initiatives • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies • Experience with budgeting and financial management • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards
