Related tasks:

• Analyze and present company's business information and performance to facilitate investor's investment decisions
• Develop investor confidence and belief in the company's strategy and growth prospects, in order to deliver shareholder value
• Formulate and communicate strategy/story to investment community
• Prepare Investor Relations materials for earnings release, including MD&A, presentation and press release
• Coordinate with various teams in the company to analyze the company's financial performance, business update, and create the talking point/story for managements
• Update managements on the investment community's sentiment, and their feedback
• Regularly updating management on investment research and industry related news

• Experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community and Equity Research Analysts
• Strong understanding of SEC laws and securities disclosure requirements
• Familiar with Financial model techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors (Preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring investors
• Professional in Presentation
