Responsibilities: • Design and develop instructional materials for a variety of learning settings • Create course outlines and instructional objectives • Develop learning activities that engage learners • Assess and evaluate instructional materials to ensure they meet objectives • Utilize technology to create interactive learning experiences • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content • Monitor learner progress and provide feedback Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as education, instructional design, or psychology • Experience in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles • Experience with content authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline • Knowledge of learning management systems such as Blackboard or Moodle • Experience with video and audio editing tools • Knowledge of web-based technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
