Plan and deliver large scale human resources information system services.
Participate as a key member in developing, testing and implementing human resources management information systems and related processes for the agency.
Manage human resources information systems projects.
Provide expert technical advice for the implementation, maintenance, enhancement and coordination of HR systems.
Monitor and evaluate contractor performance.
Requirements / skills:
Experience with large data sets and reporting tools required.
Advanced technology capabilities required, including Microsoft Excel (functions, macros).
Experience with computer programming language and/or statistical tools
