1. Manage and coordinate all human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Maintain accurate records and files of all employees.
4. Assist in the development of training programs and initiatives.
5. Manage employee benefits programs, including health and retirement plans.
6. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain a high-performing workforce.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and incentive programs.
8. Monitor and review employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role.
3. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employment and labor.
4. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
