Responsibilities: • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to applicants. • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files in accordance with applicable legal requirements. • Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new hires. • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. • Answer employee questions and address concerns regarding HR issues. • Assist with the development and implementation of performance management systems. • Participate in employee engagement activities. • Assist with the administration of benefits programs. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. Preferred Skills: • Previous experience in a Human Resources role. • Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
