Identify and lead strategic analysis of new market growth pillars within and beyond the core product/service offerings.
Apply strategic and analytical thinking to put complex ideas into clear frameworks, and to use data to analyze and drive strategic objectives and priorities.
Develop framework, process, and cadence for prioritization and tracking.
Develop business cases and provide ad-hoc support/analysis on critical projects and initiatives.
Lead the Strategy function across the platform businesses and new growth initiatives.
Work with cross-functional teams and collaborate deeply on analysis and execution.
Support the decision-making process on budgets, policies, OKRs and M&A.
Requirements / skills:
Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and/ or corporate strategy.
Proven record in financial business analysis, financial analysis and simulation, strategic business planning.
Experience in complex, matrix organizations.
Appetite to learn and be comfortable with uncertainty.
Superior communications (verbal, prose, PowerPoint) and influencing skills.
Leadership: the successful candidate is expected to lead his own team and lead various stakeholders in executing new business initiatives as well as assist them in their current business with sound business directives.
