Responsibilities • Develop and manage a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to identify, attract, and hire top talent for the organization • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition • Develop and implement strategies to increase diversity and inclusion in the hiring process • Utilize data and analytics to drive hiring decisions and improve the efficiency of the recruitment process • Manage the budget for recruitment and ensure that recruitment activities are in line with organizational objectives Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and regulations Preferred Skills • Experience in a high-growth, tech-focused organization • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software • Experience in developing and managing diversity and inclusion initiatives • Ability to develop creative strategies for sourcing and recruiting talent • Experience in developing and managing talent acquisition budgets
