• Willing to be hands-on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities and ownership, including the ability to project manage multiple tasks or experiments and provide relevant reporting.
• Structured thought-process and strong analytical ability, with some experience with operational execution Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with people across divisions, backgrounds.
