Develop business strategy: build strategy around product offering, product marketing, customer acquisition, compensation structure and tactics to increase our customer base.
Work hand-in-hand with the product team to build the right user experience and tools to continue drive exponential growth.
Stakeholder Management: manage key stakeholders, prepare insights for stakeholders and present it in regular meetings.
Special Projects: own, lead and drive growth-focused special projects/campaigns/partnership with external stakeholders.
Requirements / skills:
Work experience in top tier consulting firms/hyper-growth start-ups/software company.
Strong ability to use and analyse data to inform decisions and build strategy.
Willing to be hands-on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities and ownership, including the ability to project manage multiple tasks or experiments and provide relevant reporting.
Structured thought-process and strong analytical ability, with some experience with operational execution Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with people across divisions, backgrounds.
Strong bias for action and willingness to disrupt status quo.
