Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in operations management. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to problem solve and think strategically. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong leadership and management skills. Preferred Skills: • Ability to work with cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of process improvement and optimization techniques. • Experience with budgeting and financial management. • Knowledge of industry best practices. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
