Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a comprehensive legal framework for the organization. • Provide legal advice and counsel to management and staff on a wide range of legal and business matters. • Manage the legal department, including budgeting, hiring, and training. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents. • Monitor and respond to legal developments and changes in the law. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations.
