Responsibilities: - Lead the design team in creating innovative and visually-appealing user interfaces for all products - Develop design strategies and processes that are in line with the company's goals - Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product designs are implemented accurately - Monitor and evaluate design trends and make recommendations for improvement - Create prototypes and mockups to demonstrate design concepts - Manage design resources and budgets Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in a design-related role - Strong knowledge of design principles and user experience best practices - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software - Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Figma - Ability to create and execute design systems - Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability testing - Familiarity with user research techniques and data analysis
