Responsibilities: -Manage employee recruitment and onboarding processes -Maintain employee records and paperwork -Coordinate employee benefits -Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures -Organize and coordinate employee training sessions -Answer employee inquiries regarding HR issues -Assist with payroll and other HR administrative tasks Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field -At least one year of experience in Human Resources -Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures -Strong organizational and time management skills -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills: -Experience with HRIS systems -Knowledge of labor laws -Ability to handle confidential information -Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
