• Create the vision, develop the strategy and manage the execution across the team.

• Be the voice of the customer and oversee the product discovery process to proactively identify new product opportunities.

• Experience in a product management role and experience managing people.
• Strong experience building marketing automation products is a plus.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices is a plus.
• Prior experience in taking a digital product from concept to successful launch a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presenting skills.
• Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Prior cloud computing / SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem solving.
• Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others.
