  • Provide timely, practical and business-oriented legal advice on a range of employment issues, including: hiring, performance management, employee relations, personnel policies, leaves of absence and accommodations, discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, internal investigations, discipline and termination, compensation, and benefits.

  • Ability to digest state and federal requirements and limitations/opportunities and findings into cohesive and succinct documents.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all constituencies.
  • Must have tenacity and ability to handle significant caseload touching many different areas of law with assigned appearances in proceedings.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Able to use MS office products as well as other office equipment and software products.
