Responsibilities: • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. • Respond to inquiries from customers and help resolve technical issues. • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. • Maintain and update technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials. • Assist with the deployment and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. • Provide technical support for mobile devices.
