Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain credit policies and procedures • Monitor and manage customer credit limits • Analyze customer financial statements and credit reports • Review customer credit applications and make credit decisions • Prepare customer credit reviews and update credit limits • Monitor customer accounts for delinquencies and take appropriate action • Manage collections activities and dispute resolution • Prepare and analyze credit risk reports • Liaise with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Maintain accurate records and documentation Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field • At least 3-5 years of experience in credit management • Knowledge of credit management and accounting principles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Working knowledge of relevant regulations and laws • Experience in customer service and collections
