The base salary for a Chief Operating Officer in Helsinki is 102,700 €

Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. • Oversee the operations of the organization and provide leadership to the various departments. • Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to make high-level decisions regarding policy and strategy. • Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement. • Develop comprehensive goals for performance and growth strategies, and oversee their successful implementation. • Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts. • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.) • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA or related advanced degree is preferred. • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar position. • Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc. • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development. • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills. • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving. • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
