Responsibilities:
•Overseeing all legal matters within the organization
•Providing legal advice and guidance to the executive team
•Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
•Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
•Managing external legal counsel and other legal service providers
•Developing and implementing legal strategies to support business objectives
•Handling litigation and dispute resolution
Requirements:
•Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
•Admission to the state bar
•5+ years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment
•Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
Preferred Skills:
•Experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and intellectual property law
•Familiarity with international legal matters and regulations
•Ability to analyze and mitigate legal risks
•Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
