Mandatory benefits in Malaysia
Overtime hours during the week on a working day are paid at 150% of the regular salary rate, on rest days and weekends at 200%, and on public holidays at 300%.
Married fathers with 12 months of service are entitled to 7 consecutive days of leave per birth, paid in full.
