Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of the branch, including staff, customer service, sales, and administrative tasks • Create and implement strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction • Monitor branch performance and make adjustments as needed • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Train and mentor staff to ensure a high level of customer service • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Develop and implement policies and procedures for branch operations Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in a branch manager or supervisory role • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures • Experience in developing and managing budgets • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns • Ability to analyze financial data and create reports • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems • Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction
