The base salary for a Back Office Specialist in Bosnia And Herzegovina is 15,300 КМ

Responsibilities: • Manage all back office operations including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, data entry, and filing • Process payments and reconcile accounts • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all back office tasks • Follow up with vendors and customers on outstanding payments • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills: • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks • Knowledge of bookkeeping principles • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
