Responsibilities: • Supervise and care for children in the absence of their parents • Ensure safety of children at all times • Provide meals and snacks for children • Help children with homework • Plan and lead activities such as games, crafts, reading, and outdoor activities • Change diapers, bathe, and dress infants and toddlers • Maintain a clean and organized environment • Perform light housekeeping duties Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience with children of different ages • Ability to multitask and remain organized • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations • Ability to handle emergency situations responsibly • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Current CPR and First Aid certification Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of basic child psychology • Ability to cook meals and snacks for children • Understanding of child development milestones • Ability to provide emotional support and guidance • Creativity and imagination to develop new activities and games • Experience with potty training and toilet training
