Responsibilities: • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos • Coach teams in Agile methodologies and best practices • Provide guidance on Agile processes and techniques • Assist teams in identifying and removing impediments • Monitor team progress and provide feedback • Work with stakeholders to ensure successful Agile adoption Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Experience working in an Agile environment • Knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred Skills: • Understanding of Scrum and Kanban • Experience in Agile transformation • Familiarity with Agile metrics and reporting • Ability to coach and mentor teams • Knowledge of Agile tools and techniques
