Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances. • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements. • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting. • Research technical accounting issues for compliance. • Support month-end and year-end close processes. • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager. • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles. • Awareness of business trends. • Experience with creating financial statements. • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills. • Accuracy and attention to detail. • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills. Preferred Skills: • Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance. • CPA or CMA certification. • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to direct and supervise. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.',
