Related tasks:

• Performing general accounting duties for purchase payments of the University and its subsidiaries, includingbut not limited to processing and making payments for invoices and claims.
• Handling telephone and email enquiries.
• Handling general office administration such as filing.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or her delegates.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance Degree.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Accounting programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with a high level of difficulty.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Attention to detail, good analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
