Responsibilities: • Develop and manage relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and success • Lead and manage account teams to ensure successful completion of projects • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability • Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for improvement • Manage client budgets and ensure adherence to timelines • Prepare reports and presentations for clients • Provide guidance to account teams on best practices • Proactively identify and address any potential issues or conflicts Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or related field • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems • Experience with digital marketing and social media • Ability to work independently and manage remote teams • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
