Statutory Benefits

Mandatory benefits in Córdoba
Employee contributions include 11.00% for Pension Fund, 3.00% for Social Security, and 3.00% for Health Insurance, applied on salary between 7,003.68 to 1,471,616.10 ARS Monthly.
Income tax ranges from 5.00% to 35.00% based on monthly salary brackets.
The national minimum wage is 296,832 ARS per month.
Payments for Income Tax Withholding, National Pension, National Social Security, National Health Insurance, ART, and Mandatory collective life insurance are made to Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos between 8 to 11 of the following month.
Working hours shall not exceed 8 hours per day and 48 hours per week. Overtime is limited and paid at a higher rate.
