Responsibilities:\n •Assisting lawyers in preparing legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, and real estate closing statements •Organizing and maintaining legal files and documents •Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for cases •Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties •Coordinating and scheduling meetings, hearings, and depositions •Assisting with trial preparation and attending court proceedings Requirements:\n •Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field •Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases •Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Attention to detail and strong organizational skills •Knowledge of legal ethics and confidentiality guidelines Preferred skills:\n •Previous internship or work experience in a legal setting •Certification as a paralegal from an accredited program •Familiarity with case management software •Fluency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin •Experience with electronic discovery and litigation support tools,
