Responsibilities: • Provide academic guidance to students on course selection, career development, and academic planning. • Assist students in understanding and utilizing university resources. • Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to enhance their academic performance. • Collaborate with faculty and staff to address students' academic issues and concerns. • Organize workshops and seminars to facilitate student learning and growth. • Maintain accurate and updated records of students' academic progress. • Develop and implement strategies to improve student retention and success rates. Requirements: • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field. • Prior experience in academic advising or student counseling is advantageous. • Strong understanding of university policies, procedures, and academic requirements. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions. • Proficiency in using student database systems.
