Responsibilities: • Work with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy • Create and maintain product backlogs • Prioritize and groom product backlogs to ensure the most important items are at the top • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria • Work with development teams to ensure product features are developed and released on time • Manage product releases • Monitor product performance and identify areas of improvement • Conduct user research and market analysis • Develop product roadmaps and release plans • Manage customer feedback and requests Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field • Experience with Agile development processes • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles • Experience with product analytics tools • Familiarity with project management tools and software • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with A/B testing and other product optimization techniques • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
