Responsibilities: • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets • Record financial transactions and update financial records • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports • Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents • Assist with the preparation of tax returns • Perform bank reconciliations • Analyze financial information and provide recommendations • Assist with audits • Maintain financial databases and enter data • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Good understanding of financial analysis and financial modeling • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organizational and communication skills Preferred Skills: • Experience with financial software • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks • Attention to detail and accuracy
