Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a leadership position. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills. • Ability to analyze data and use it to improve customer service. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Preferred Skills: • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning. • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best performance. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism. • Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools. • Experience with performance evaluation processes. • Excellent decision-making and conflict resolution skills.,
