Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program in alignment with applicable laws and regulations • Monitor and review current compliance procedures to ensure they are up to date and effective • Identify areas of non-compliance and develop solutions to address them • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff is aware of compliance requirements • Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance • Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures • Monitor and investigate potential compliance violations • Prepare and present compliance reports to management Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • At least 1 year of experience in a compliance role • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to identify and assess compliance risks • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: • Experience with data analysis • Knowledge of audit and compliance processes • Experience with risk management • Ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures • Experience with developing and delivering training programs • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices
