Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the organization • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence • Create and maintain filing systems • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures • Monitor office supplies and purchase necessary items • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events • Coordinate travel arrangements • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents • Provide administrative support to other departments Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field • At least one year of experience in an administrative role • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
