Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable department • Ensure that all accounts receivable are processed accurately and in a timely manner • Reconcile accounts receivable records with customer accounts • Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments • Resolve customer billing disputes • Communicate with customers regarding payment status • Prepare and submit monthly reports to management • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Assist with other accounting and finance related tasks as needed Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable principles and procedures • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills: • Experience with accounts receivable software • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks • Attention to detail and accuracy • Problem-solving and analytical skills
