Responsibilities: • Prepare and review financial statements and reports • Monitor and analyze accounting data • Reconcile bank statements and accounts • Maintain and update accounting records • Prepare and process invoices • Assist with budget preparation • Assist with audits • Prepare and file taxes Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of accounting regulations and standards • Experience with financial analysis • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
