Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate daily operations of a team • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars • Monitor and track team progress • Maintain and update team documents, reports, and records • Create and maintain team communication channels • Provide administrative support to team members • Respond to inquiries and provide information to team members • Assist with project coordination and management Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field • Proven experience in an administrative role • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills: • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, etc.) • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
