Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in design or related field. • Proven experience in managing design teams. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong understanding of design principles and user experience. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. • Knowledge of prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision. • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and design for web and mobile. • Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines. • Ability to create and present design presentations.
