Responsibilities: • Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents • Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies • Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers • Maintain accounts payable records and files • Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal customers • Assist with month-end closing Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous accounts payable experience preferred • Knowledge of basic accounting principles • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills: • Attention to detail • Problem-solving skills • Adaptability • Accuracy • Knowledge of accounts payable software and processes
