Responsibilities: 1. Supervise warehouse staff to ensure that all daily tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. 3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. 4. Develop and implement systems and procedures for efficient workflow. 5. Train and mentor warehouse staff in the use of warehouse equipment and processes. 6. Monitor and report on warehouse performance, making recommendations for improvement. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or related role. 3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills: 1. Experience with warehouse management systems. 2. Familiarity with Lean principles. 3. Knowledge of inventory control and tracking systems. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. 6. Strong attention to detail. 7. Excellent customer service skills.
