Responsibilities: • Monitor and inspect plant equipment to ensure proper operation • Perform maintenance and repairs on plant equipment as needed • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with plant equipment • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures • Maintain records of all maintenance and repairs • Assist in the installation of new equipment Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: • Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge • Knowledge of safety procedures • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work with hand tools and other measuring devices
