Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field. • Proven experience in a leadership role within a design team. • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work and a deep understanding of design principles. • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color. • Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet their needs and vision. • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders. Preferred Skills: • Strong leadership skills with an ability to inspire and motivate a team. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Strong understanding of the latest design trends and their role within a commercial environment. • Experience in user-centered design, planning, and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping. • Strong understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking. • Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.,
