Responsibilities: • Maintain financial records and generate reports • Prepare and submit invoices • Manage accounts payable and receivable • Reconcile bank statements • Prepare and file taxes • Track expenses and income • Generate financial statements • Monitor budget • Ensure accuracy of financial data Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Proficiency in bookkeeping software • Understanding of financial regulations • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail • Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills: • Previous experience as a bookkeeper • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Ability to use QuickBooks • Ability to work with a team • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
