Responsibilities: • Oversee all financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures • Prepare and analyze financial statements • Manage cash flow and investments • Monitor and analyze financial performance • Monitor and report on compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Develop financial strategies to meet the company’s goals • Liaise with auditors and other external stakeholders Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Preferred Skills: • Experience with financial planning and analysis • Knowledge of financial reporting systems • Knowledge of financial software, such as QuickBooks or Sage • Ability to develop and manage budgets • Ability to analyze financial data and create reports • Ability to identify and address potential risks
