Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field. • At least 1 year of experience in event planning and management. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices. • Knowledge of event marketing and promotion techniques. • Knowledge of event industry software and systems. • Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations. • Creative problem-solving skills. • Excellent customer service skills.
