Responsibilities: •Creating visually appealing displays and layouts to promote products and enhance the overall shopping experience •Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies •Maintaining and updating displays to ensure they are in line with the brand's image and current promotions •Monitoring and analyzing the performance of displays and making adjustments as needed •Keeping up to date with current trends in visual merchandising and retail design Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, fashion design, retail management, or a related field •Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail •Excellent communication and teamwork abilities •Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet deadlines •Knowledge of merchandising principles and techniques Preferred skills: •Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design software •Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior •Understanding of color theory and spatial design •Ability to work with various materials and props to create compelling displays •Familiarity with visual merchandising best practices and techniques
